Got a suit from this company and it was a well slim fit

Returned something a month ago... I can see from the tracking info that it was delivered at 06:34 on Wed 17 Feb and I still haven’t received my refund.

Been trying to contact them via email and they’re just ghosting me. I’ve come to terms that I will never see my money again, but still really annoying how they decided to treat their last few customers.

I finally got in contact with someone who said they would issue me a refund within 5 business days and it has been 2 weeks and I still have not gotten my refund. It feels like I will never get the refund because people keep telling me it should be here and it is not. I think it was all a scam to get me to stop bothering them.

I ordered 8 coats for my son to look at. He kept 1 and I returned 7 of them and have only been refunded for 6. Every time I email, a different person reply's and asks me the same questions. I have sent copies of the coats i ordered and the one i kept. I am not prepared to let Topman get away with keeping my money that belongs to me and not them! I WANT MY REFUND..

Absolutely s**t. Do not shop on topman unless you want your time and money wasted. I ordered a Christmas present on here. I was sent the wrong item, and when I raised a complaint nothing got done just got told to send it back. Since sending the item back over a month ago still nothing has been done- no refund. Never shopping here again and neither should you

I placed an order and paid the £6 for next day named delver but this did not happen, the order arrived 3 days later. one of the items were out of stock and I have returned the other. In that time I have now sent 4 emails and not had a single response.
I have been on the facebook page and it takes them days to reply only to ask for order details and address which I instantly send back and don't hear anything back from them.

I hate the fact that they charge you in order to get in touch with them. I ordered something to the store but due to tier 4 I can’t collect it so I was refunded. However they decided to pay me back less money than I had Original payed for the item (17.99 rather than 20.94). I really don’t think this fair and Topman shouldn’t be doing this especially during this time.

Ordered socks and boxers for a Xmas present. The socks were supposed to be 2 pairs of white 2 pairs of black in a pack, when they arrived,there was 3 pairs of white 1 pair of black. Anyway i let that go because of the hassle of returning. But this morning my partner put on a pair of the boxer shorts, 3 in a pack, and there is a massive hole in them!!! Will not be ordering from Topman in the future!!

Worst company ever. Not only the phone lines are closed, they don't reply to e-mails at all, sending parcels via the worst delivery service which is Hermes who can't deliver anything, they dodge you and don't take any responsibility as well as no money back. I buried the money and the parcel after almost 3 weeks of being ignored. It's not a no - it's a never again. Avoid at all costs.

Sent my order back end of November as it wasn’t suitable. Still not had my refund. I’ve emailed, messaged and tweeted them. But no response whatsoever. Have now resorted to emailing Ian Grabiner their CEO. I don’t hold out much hope of a reply though!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It’s common knowledge they’re going bust and it looks like they’re taking everyone’s money with them. Criminal it is!
